Refund Policy

Memo-Mark

1. No Refunds

Memo-Mark operates a strict no-refund policy.

All payments made to Memo-Mark, including but not limited to deposits, setup fees, retainers, milestone payments, and full project payments, are non-refundable once payment has been received.

2. Deposits

  • Deposits secure project scheduling, resources, and planning

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances

  • Deposits are required before any work commences and are forfeited if the project is cancelled or paused by the Client

3. Commencement of Work

Once work has commenced, including but not limited to:

  • Strategy development

  • Research and planning

  • Copywriting or design drafts

  • Account setup or technical configuration

No refunds will be issued for any reason.

4. Client Delays or Non-Participation

No refunds will be provided if:

  • The Client fails to provide required information, access, or approvals

  • The Client becomes unresponsive or delays the project

  • The Client chooses to discontinue or abandon the project

5. Third-Party Costs

Memo-Mark is not responsible for refunds related to:

  • Advertising spend (Google, Meta/Facebook, etc.)

  • Software, plugins, hosting, or platform fees

  • Any third-party tools or services

These costs are non-refundable and billed separately where applicable.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

The Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered or deposits paid.

Any chargebacks initiated in breach of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Recovery of funds, administrative costs, and legal fees

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered if Memo-Mark is unable to deliver the agreed services due to circumstances solely within Memo-Mark’s control. Any such refund, if approved, will be issued at Memo-Mark’s sole discretion.

8. Policy Acceptance

By engaging Memo-Mark and making payment, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
